An original house built circa 1925; this house has been modified and altered by 4 owners over its 90 year lifespan, with the present owners face lifting the home in 2004, creating an eclectic mix of styles to mix what has been done previously. Modifications included extending the first floor to create a master suite with walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Alterations included recladding by applying insulclad over existing weatherboards, which had the dual purpose of insulating the old walls.
